Rheumatology (Bulgaria) operates under a fully Open Access model. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

All submissions must be prepared in English, including the full text and metadata. A Bulgarian abstract with keywords may be present.

The journal adheres to international standards of publication ethics and transparent editorial practice.

Articles in Press Now Available

Rheumatology (Bulgaria) has introduced an Articles in Press publication model.

Accepted manuscripts are now published online immediately after final editorial approval and production, prior to assignment to a specific issue. Each article receives a permanent DOI upon publication and is fully citable.

This model ensures rapid dissemination of clinically relevant and scientifically robust research in rheumatology and related fields.
